(eng): An economic model of cycles focused on the foreign capital investment phenomenon is briefly introduced. A system of the first order nonlinear differential equations where a feedback is controlled by a capital/output ratio parameter is considered. The influence of the parameter changes on a macroeconomic stability is analyzed. A convergence of this economic system either to stable state, or limit cycle, or chaotic state is demonstrated.
