(eng): A technical support for capital yields determination is presented on the neoclassical microeconomics basic assumptions. Relevant production function of a sector and an optimizing behaviour of firms are components to measuring of the capital yields. Computed rates of return could be adjusted and used as a discount factor for a valuation of firms of given sector.
